For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “We,” “Us,” and “Our” refers to WPRise Templates.

Common Rules

We reserve the right to terminate the access of any users found misusing or spamming on the website. We have the right to make necessary modifications to the website and change the design prices as and when required without any prior notice.

Purchase and Download Files

Our products are available for purchase by anyone by creating a FREE account. You will get access to the files instantly as soon as the payment is successful. You will get all files in a zip file with documentation. For any help make sure to get in touch through the contact form.

License to use our items

By purchasing our product, you get the right to edit, use, and store the design, but not to sell, re-sale, distribute or showcase the designs as your portfolio.

Please note: You will just get the files and instructions to set up the site like the demo. No customization, multi-step forms, advanced programming, shopping cart, payment integrations, etc. are not included with the above package. Additional services can be provided for additional fees. We use GPL themes that you can use for free, but we don’t provide the theme license. If you need a license key, please buy one from the theme developer.

Design Customization

You are free to customize the design according to your requirements, you can also hire us for your design customization requirements or custom design service as well. WordPress templates are really easy to edit but please be informed that for editing HTML templates yourself you will need proper software and skills. We provide annual maintenance packages as well for your convenience.

Unauthorized usage

You are not authorized to place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a disk, CD, website, or any other medium. You are not authorized to offer our designs (modified or unmodified) for resale or redistribution. You are not allowed to use our templates preview/screenshot as your portfolio or blog post etc without prior permission from us. If you want to use our templates you must obtain a permit from us and link back to the original source.

Please note that we do not allow reselling of our designs, so beware of any fake and misleading websites and designers using our template preview to mislead you. Strict action will be taken against those accused of copyright infringement.

Refunds

Since the landing pages and website templates are considered digital products, we cannot offer you any refund or exchange after you have already made the purchase and received the download link as we have no control over the product being downloaded from our servers. Thus, any purchases made by the customers will be considered final, and no refund or exchange shall be provided. As a customer, you are responsible to check all the details regarding the template mentioned on our template description page as well as read the terms and conditions prior to purchasing any item from our website.

If you have any presale questions or any doubt about our products then you can contact us anytime with your queries and we would be happy to assist you with the same. We do not guarantee that our designs will boost your conversions immediately as conversion depends upon many factors and design is just a part of it.

However, we realize that exceptional circumstances can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply. Therefore, we do honor requests for a refund for the following reasons:

Products:

Download Link Not Working: Files are available instantly after purchase but somehow if you face an issue regarding file download, please email us within 7 days from the order placing date. Otherwise, the product will be considered as received and downloaded.

Major defects: Although all the templates are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. Such issues must be reported directly to us. Our team will resolve the issue within 48 hours. If a defect is verified and our team fails to correct it within 48 hours from the date of the initial complaint or any other notification provided by a customer, a refund or product replacement or credit will be offered. Please be advised, that temporary access to your server can be requested by our team in order to identify and fix an issue. Failure to provide such access in a timely manner may result in a delayed resolution of the issue. Refusal to provide a level of access sufficient for troubleshooting and resolving an issue may lead to declining a refund request.

Product not-as-described: Product not-as-described issues must be reported to us within 7 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the product description page. Complaints that are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not honored.

We are verified by Stripe and PayPal. If you are not able to make payment either way then you can contact us for help.
